Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
- Lead and supervise the café team, handle shift scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Track stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all operations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and control wastage.
- Maintain reports and updates for the Area Manager on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café/restaurant or F&B management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be well-versed with Pet Pooja software (billing & inventory).
- Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
