Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for Windows/Linux servers and network infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in server installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching issues.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform server patching, backup, maintenance, and health checks.
Handle escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Server & Networking, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
