We are hiring a Site Supervisor to handle daily factory and site operations, manage workers, and ensure smooth execution of work activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, maintaining discipline, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring work completion on time.
Candidates from civil, construction, factory operations, manufacturing, interior, fabrication, or similar supervisory backgrounds can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site and factory operations
- Manage workers and daily task allocation
- Ensure timely work completion and productivity
- Coordinate with management for daily updates
- Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Good team handling and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of site/factory operations
- Responsible and disciplined approach toward work
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates from civil, construction, factory, manufacturing, or operations background preferred
- Local candidates preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
