Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to manage both business development and onsite service responsibilities for Tally Prime software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and providing excellent post-sales support including installation, training, and troubleshooting at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Service & Support:
- Install and configure Tally Prime at client locations.
- Provide training and functional support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tally-related technical issues.
- Assist in data migration, backup, and version upgrades.
- Document service reports and maintain client support logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tally sales or support roles (Freshers with Tally knowledge is also apply).
- Sound knowledge of Tally Prime software and basic accounting concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
- Tally certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Own vehicle for travel (preferred).
