Prepare and maintain detailed product cost sheets.
Calculate raw material, packaging material, labor, overhead, and conversion costs.
Conduct BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and cost roll-ups.
Analyze manufacturing and operational costs to determine product profitability.
Perform standard costing and update cost structures periodically.
Monitor actual costs versus standard costs and investigate variances.
Support pricing decisions through cost and margin analysis.
Calculate contribution margins and profitability by product, customer, and channel.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Preparing annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts.
Coordinate budget inputs from various departments.
Develop revenue, expense, and capital expenditure budgets.
Monitor budget utilization and spending trends.
Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support monthly and quarterly forecast revisions.
3. Cost Control & Analysis
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor production, procurement, logistics, and inventory costs.
Conduct variance analysis for material, labor, and overhead costs.
Prepare cost performance reports for management review.
Evaluate financial impact of operational changes and investment proposals.
4. Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly costing and budget reports.
Generate profitability and margin analysis reports.
Develop management dashboards and KPI reports.
Support monthly closing activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
Provide financial insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
5. Inventory & Commercial Support
Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation reports.
Analyze inventory holding costs and slow-moving inventory.
Support procurement and supply chain teams with cost evaluations.
Validate vendor quotations and commercial proposals from a costing perspective.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
