KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Design packaging for pouches, boxes, jars, combo packs and gift packs
- Create box designs and artworks using printer-ready dielines
- Develop realistic product mockups for sales and presentations
- Design POS materials – banners, posters, flyers, danglers and shelf strips
- Adapt designs across multiple SKUs and pack sizes
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
PACKAGING & MOCKUP REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of packaging design and print specifications
- Ability to create high-quality PSD or 3D mockups
- Knowledge of CMYK, bleed, color profiles and export formats
- Basic coordination with printing vendors
MOTION DESIGN & VIDEO EDITING
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp
- Create basic motion graphics such as text and product animations
- Convert static creatives into animated promotional assets
- Edit product, recipe and promotional videos with captions and transitions
TOOLS & SOFTWARE (MANDATORY)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
EXPERIENCE & PROFILE
- 2–6 years experience in FMCG, food brands or packaging-focused agencies
- Strong understanding of Indian retail and consumer products
- Ability to execute quickly with high attention to detail
- Freshers considered only with strong packaging and motion portfolio
PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS
Portfolio must include packaging designs, product mockups, POS creatives and short video or motion design samples.
