Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Officer to lead and strengthen our organization's compliance framework. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and policy implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards while promoting a strong culture of ethics and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and assess their impact on business operations.
- Advise senior management on regulatory requirements, compliance risks, and governance matters.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Lead internal compliance audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulatory authorities, and legal advisors.
- Design and deliver compliance awareness and ethics training programs for employees.
- Ensure timely regulatory filings, reporting, and documentation.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, codes of conduct, and statutory requirements.
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain compliance registers, risk logs, and regulatory documentation.
- Support enterprise risk management initiatives and business continuity planning.
- Review contracts, business processes, and operational practices from a compliance perspective.
- Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Foster a culture of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Master's degree, MBA, LLB/LLM, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in compliance, governance, legal, audit, or risk management.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
