We are seeking a passionate and qualified Psychology Teacher cum school counsellor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be able to teach psychological concepts effectively, foster critical thinking among students, and create an engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments according to the curriculum.
- Explain psychological theories, concepts, and research methods in an engaging manner.
- Encourage students to analyze human behavior and develop critical thinking skills.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluate student progress.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and extracurricular activities.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, and psychology-related activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology (M.A. Psychology).
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment will be an advantage.
