The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced Electrical Design Engineering. The role would require good project management skills to manage clients as well as team.
A candidate should have working knowledge of AUTOCAD, ETAP & DIALUX
- Leading a team of draftsman / junior engineers – delegation and providing guidance to the team
- Responsible for delivering the project on time with quality
- Regular discussion with the client (both domestic and International client)
- Coordinating with other Engineering team for MEP Coordination
- Carrying Engineering studies and analysis of the technical drawings and specification
- Understand the applicable code with respect to Electrical Engineering
- Carrying detailed and comprehensive quality checks on the output including reports and the drawings
- Decent knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in Building/ construction sector
- Expertise in discrimination study, high skill level in generating shop drawings by referring to and coordinating with different disciplines, generating As-Built single line diagram, feeder schedules, power and lighting layouts
- Cable sizing and voltage drop calculations
- Load flow & short circuit Calculations.-Per unit impedance method.
- Preparation of Load schedule & Single line Diagram.
- Preparation of Cable schedule ,Interconnection Diagram and Termination Schedule
- Layout engineering – Earthing & lightning protection layouts , Cable routing Layouts
- Strong knowledge of Electrical circuiting
- Earthing calculations and ground grid
- Preparing design brief reports, lighting design using Dialux, system
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving skills
