Primary Goal: Manage daily operations, client experience, and brand communication at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client check-ins, bookings, and inquiries.
- Maintain CRM accuracy for every transaction.
- Manage cash, invoices, and petty expenses.
- Coordinate trial sessions and manage lead follow-ups.
- Maintain studio ambience — lights, music, cleanliness, and supplies.
- Support marketing activities — flyers, offers, referrals.
Performance Metrics:
- Lead conversion rate.
- Attendance accuracy in CRM.
- Zero missed follow-ups.
Customer satisfaction in feedback audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
