Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations.
- Achieve production and dispatch targets.
- Optimize productivity and plant efficiency.
- Minimize wastage, downtime, and production losses.
- Ensure FSSAI, GMP, GHP & HACCP compliance.
- Maintain product quality and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, yields, and cost control.
- Lead and manage production manpower.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment uptime.
- Maintain statutory compliance and workplace safety.
- Prepare production reports and MIS.
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
