Job Title: Civil Quality Engineer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement quality control procedures at construction sites.
- Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
- Review material test reports and ensure the use of approved construction materials.
- Perform quality audits and identify non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and company quality policies.
- Supervise testing of concrete, steel, soil, and other construction materials.
- Monitor finishing works and ensure workmanship meets project requirements.
- Assist in handing over completed work after quality verification.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, IS codes, quality standards, and material testing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
