Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system incidents effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve incident management processes to reduce downtime and improve response times.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
- Ability to document incidents and resolutions clearly for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and business users.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
