Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Guide customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes.
Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Strong knowledge of MS word, Excel.
Experience : - Freshers / 3 to 5 years
