Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Indus Scan Lab Mohali
Job Summary
Indus Scan Lab is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage the digital presence of our diagnostic vertical. The candidate will be responsible for website management, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content updates, lead generation, and overall digital growth of Indus Scan Lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update the Indus Scan Lab website with new tests, packages, offers, blogs, banners, and landing pages.
- Ensure the website is error-free, mobile-friendly, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other online platforms.
- Generate quality leads for diagnostic tests and health packages through paid and organic marketing.
- Manage Google Business Profile and improve local search visibility.
- Plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO health.
- Upload and optimize blogs, articles, and health awareness content.
- Track campaign performance and submit weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotional campaigns and seasonal health packages.
- Monitor competitors and suggest new digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure all digital assets are updated with the latest branding and information.

- Increase website traffic and online visibility.
- Improve SEO rankings for targeted diagnostic keywords.
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Maintain and update the website regularly without errors.
- Improve conversion rate from website visitors to inquiries/bookings.
- Increase engagement across social media platforms.
- Enhance Google Business Profile performance and customer reviews.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or CMS-based websites.
- Experience in website content management.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website optimization.
- Good understanding of social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or healthcare marketing will be preferred.
