Role: Assistant Branch Manager
Work Mode: On-site | Full-time
Salary: based on company standards + Attractive Incentives + Performance-Based Commission
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations
- Coordinate branch staff and daily activities
- Handle customer relationships and service requirements
- Support customer acquisition, follow-ups & business development
- Assist with branch targets and performance monitoring
- Maintain branch documentation, records & reports
- Support audits, compliance and operational activities
- Take responsibility for routine branch operations when required
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in Branch Operations / Branch Administration / Assistant Branch Management
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Lending or Financial Services is preferred
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
- Good team coordination and communication abilities
- Comfortable working with branch targets and business development
- Malayalam communication is mandatory/preferred
- Candidates residing near the listed locations are preferred
