ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Role - To assist QS Manager in estimation and billing.
- Preparation of quantity estimates based on 2D and 3D drawings for construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Track design changes and adjust budget projections.
- To assist in the preparation of budgets, BOQ, running bills and related reports – budget vs actuals, item-wise cost analysis, etc.
- To maintain material library with rates for construction material, labour wages, etc.
- To coordinate with clients, contractors and site managers.
- Perform site visits as and when required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a qualified civil engineer with experience in Quantity Survey and Project Billing.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in project estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and project billing is mandatory.
- Experience with construction projects OR interior fit-out projects is a must.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Office applications and AUTOCAD.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Understanding of building and construction technology.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
