About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Government Construction Projects and be capable of independently managing day-to-day site execution while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
- Government Construction Project experience is mandatory.
- Experience in handling site execution, supervision, and contractor coordination.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites within Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
- Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.
- Coordinate material planning and monitor site resources effectively.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Government project specifications and contractual requirements.
