We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with students and parents while achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding available courses, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist students with the admission process and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Provide timely responses to student queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Achieve individual admission and counseling targets.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling student information.
