Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Read and interpret structural and reinforcement drawings.
- Coordinate reinforcement planning with the production team.
- Monitor steel cutting, bending, and reinforcement cage fabrication.
- Ensure reinforcement quality before concrete casting.
- Optimize steel utilization and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Stores, and Production departments.
- Maintain reinforcement and steel consumption records.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in RCC, precast, or reinforcement detailing.
- Strong knowledge of BBS, AutoCAD, and RCC drawings.
- Experience in precast manufacturing will be an added advantage.
