About Aixperia
Aixperia is a design-to-production digital platform that connects interior designers and cabinetry manufacturers through seamless software workflows. It enables designers to convert concepts into production-ready drawings, integrates with manufacturing workflows, and supports automation, AR-based room scanning, and project management tools for the interior fit-out industry.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Design Engineer who is eager to learn and grow within a structured production and design environment.
Role Overview
As a Junior Product Design Engineer, you will gain hands-on exposure to interior production processes, data integration systems, and technical documentation standards. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in production-oriented product design.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand standard interior production procedures.
- Study and support data flow from design to production, including CNC integration.
- Assist design and production teams in project readiness and process improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flow reports, and training notes.
- Complete assigned training tasks and performance evaluations as per company guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics ,Product Design, Interior Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / SketchUp preferred).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn production systems and structured workflows.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Communicating Different Languages is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
