Job Summary:
The Expeditor / Post Order Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and expediting purchase orders after order placement to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgement and confirm delivery schedules
- Monitor purchase orders from placement to final delivery
- Track manufacturing progress and ensure adherence to committed timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers for submission of documents (GAD, ITP, MTC, MRB, etc.)
- Ensure timely approvals from customers for drawings and technical documents
- Maintain regular communication with Procurement, Projects, and Logistics teams
- Update and maintain project status trackers and expediting reports
- Identify delays and proactively escalate issues to management
- Coordinate inspection activities and ensure readiness for dispatch
- Follow up for dispatch clearance and shipment details
- Ensure all required documentation is completed before shipment
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery (Courier / Freight Forwarder)
- Track delivery status and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Support in invoice follow-up and payment tracking (customer & supplier)
- Maintain proper records of communications and documents
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements Requirements:
- Graduation / Diploma / B. Tech / M. Tech / BBA / MBA
- 2-5 years experience in expediting or post order activities or similar role
- Strong Communication and organizational skill
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP / expediting tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
