- Generate and qualify leads through references, online portals, field activities, and other marketing sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales. Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
