JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their sales skills and grow into successful sales professionals. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, the Sales Trainee will learn about our products/services, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Learning Sales Processes – Understanding the company’s sales techniques, CRM tools, and sales funnel under the guidance of senior sales staff.
· Lead Generation & Prospecting – Assisting in identifying potential customers through cold calling, emails, or social media outreach.
· Shadowing Sales Representatives – Observing and learning from experienced sales professionals during client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
· Product/Service Training – Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
· Assisting in Sales Presentations – Helping prepare and deliver sales pitches, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
· Meeting Sales Targets – Contributing to individual and team sales goals while tracking progress and reporting to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Pursued 10th or 12th, Diploma, ITI, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of computer is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
