We are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Head to manage and oversee the entire powder coating process in our spring manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coating, process efficiency, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete powder coating operations (pre-treatment, coating, curing)
- Ensure proper surface preparation and coating quality standards
- Monitor thickness, adhesion, and finish quality of coated springs
- Handle plant operations, manpower planning, and shift management
- Maintain coating equipment, ovens, and spray systems
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Optimize process parameters to improve productivity and reduce rework
- Coordinate with production and QC teams
- Maintain daily production and quality reports
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of powder coating process and equipment
- Experience in metal components / spring / automotive industry preferred
- Understanding of coating defects and troubleshooting
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental practices
