Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating seeds, pesticides, and fogging machines
- Provide basic product information (training will be provided)
- Help in loading/unloading goods and stocking shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of store items
- Assist with billing and packaging products
- Keep track of inventory and report low stock items
- Support senior staff in day-to-day store operations
- Handle deliveries and manage incoming stock
Requirements:
- Minimum ITI diploma
- Lifting goods may be required
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn
- Basic communication skills in local language (Hindi/Marathi/English preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in agri-input stores or hardware retail
- Basic knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or fogging machines
- Customer handling skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
