- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Supervise shop-floor activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, QA, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor raw material usage, machine performance, and manpower allocation.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and present performance metrics to management
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
