We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Review & Testimonial Coordinator to manage customer feedback, online reviews, testimonials, and post-installation customer engagement activities. The role involves coordinating with customers after project completion, collecting reviews and testimonials, handling customer satisfaction follow-ups, and supporting brand reputation management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and strong follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers after installation completion.
- Request and collect customer reviews on: Google Reviews, Social Media Platforms, Company Feedback Forms
- Guide customers on how to submit reviews.
- Coordinate video testimonials from satisfied customers.
- Conduct post-installation customer satisfaction calls.
- Update customer feedback and review status in CRM.
- Coordinate with CRM, service, installation, and marketing teams.
- Help improve company online reputation and customer trust.
Required Skills

- Maintain organized testimonial records for marketing use.
Educational Qualification
Preferred Experience
- 1 to 3 Years experience in CRM, telecalling, customer support, or social media coordination.
