We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Accountant to join our team and help manage our financial operations with precision and integrity.
Position Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and providing financial insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private sector)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
