Kitchen Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, vegetables and other items as instructed.
- Assist in assembling sandwiches, wraps, burritos and other menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and portion-control standards.
- Assist with receiving, storing and organizing ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Cashier / Front Counter Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment methods.
- Generate bills and process payments.
- Assist customers with menu-related questions.
- Coordinate orders between the front counter and kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area.
- Handle takeaway and delivery orders when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, QSR or food-service environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling payments.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
