1. Lead Generation from open Market: Proactively follow up with previous clients, manage a database of potential buyers, and generate new leads.
2. Process & Paperwork : Complete purchase agreements, assist with necessary legal/registration paperwork, and coordinate with the finance department.
3. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, discuss financing options, and close sales while maintaining dealership profit margins.
4. Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits, as well as accompany customers on test drives.
5. Customer Engagement: Greet and identify their transportation needs, and recommend suitable new or pre-owned vehicles.
