We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Patient Care Manager to become the face of our patient experience team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for from their first enquiry through consultation, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients from their first enquiry through completion of treatment.
- Respond to patient enquiries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, investigations, procedures, and follow-up visits.
- Guide patients and their attendants regarding hospital services, doctors, treatment plans, and healthcare packages.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing teams, diagnostics, billing, and support departments to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Follow up with prospective patients to improve appointment and treatment conversions.
- Resolve patient concerns and service-related issues promptly with empathy and professionalism.
- Collect patient feedback, reviews, and testimonials to enhance service quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/Hospital Information System.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and recommend initiatives to improve the overall patient experience.
- Support patient education, health camps, and community engagement activities.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
- 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Wellness, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Patient Relations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- A warm, empathetic, and patient-first approach.
- Confidence in handling patient concerns with professionalism.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Hospital Information Systems or CRM software.
