Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or catering operations, with strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills. The role involves ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining service quality, managing teams, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage daily restaurant/banquet/café operations while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to maintain stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and operations teams for smooth functioning.
- Monitor budgets, food costs, labor costs, and profitability of F&B operations.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation related to sales, inventory, and staffing.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate preferred, preferably with a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or similar sectors.
- Candidates with strong operational exposure and team-handling experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
