Job Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced AI & Digital Marketing Trainers to deliver training under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train college students effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in AI and Digital Marketing.
- Prepare presentations, and training materials.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and practical sessions.
- Guide students on industry best practices and career opportunities.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and reports.
- Coordinate with the project team and college management.
Required Skills
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics)
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, and other Generative AI tools
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Digital Marketing Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or Digital Marketing Professional.
- Prior training experience in colleges or government skill development projects is preferred.

Salary
₹1,100 per day (5Hours).
