Job Summary
Sukhmani Diagnocare is looking for a qualified and experienced Radiographer to operate CT, MRI, and X‑ray equipment and deliver accurate, high‑quality diagnostic imaging services. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, patient‑focused, and capable of following safety and quality protocols strictly.
Key ResponsibilitiesImaging Operations
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT, MRI, and X‑ray as per physician instructions
- Ensure correct patient positioning and selection of imaging parameters
- Produce high‑quality diagnostic images while minimizing patient radiation exposure
Patient Care & Safety
- Verify patient identity and procedure details before imaging
- Explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Follow radiation safety, MRI safety, and infection control protocols
- Monitor patients during procedures and report complications if any
Equipment Handling & Documentation
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment responsibly
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and reports
- Follow PNDT, AERB, and departmental guidelines where applicable
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with radiologists, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour
- Participate in audits, quality checks, and inspections as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Radiography / Medical Imaging Technology
- Valid registration with relevant authority (if applicable)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CT, MRI, and X‑ray operations
- Good understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
- Ability to operate independently and handle patient care effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital environment
- Knowledge of PACS / RIS systems
- Familiarity with quality assurance procedures
