Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Implementation Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the Banking domain, preferably in Cash Management Services (CMS) or Transaction Banking. The candidate will support end-to-end implementation and client onboarding activities while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation of Cash Management Services (CMS) solutions for corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Legal, IT, Compliance, Product, and Relationship Managers for implementation activities.
- Assist in client onboarding, documentation verification, and implementation planning.
- Track implementation milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Follow up with stakeholders to resolve implementation-related issues.
- Maintain implementation trackers, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Banking, preferably in CMS, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking Operations.
- Basic understanding of Cash Management Services and corporate banking products.
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in client onboarding, implementation support, or banking operations.
- Exposure to payment solutions, collections, virtual accounts, host-to-host (H2H), or API Banking will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of relevant banking experience.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
