Sales Development Representative – IT Services/SaaS Products

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in the SaaS domain, with a strong focus on international B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts and manage inbound lead qualification
- Engage with prospects to build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication touchpoints
- Identify and connect with potential clients for SaaS-based solutions across global markets
- Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations, and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and interactions in CRM systems
- Utilize prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Seamless
- Conduct research on target accounts and identify new market opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including meetings scheduled, qualified leads, and pipeline generation
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and presales teams
- Contribute to and support the end-to-end B2B sales cycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales roles, preferably in SaaS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement
- Proven experience in international B2B sales (US, UK, Europe, EMEA, North America) – mandatory
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and ownership-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
