Role & responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, transportation, and 3PL services
· Generate leads through market research, cold calling, client visits, and networking
· Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their logistics requirements
· Prepare business proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements
· Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth onboarding of new customers
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
· Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
· Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
· Support contract negotiations and closure of business deals
· Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Preferred candidate profile
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
· 0-1 year of experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain sales
· Strong understanding of warehousing and transportation operations
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to generate and convert leads independently
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
