Experienced Lab Technician (DMLT) – Job Requirement
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lab Technician (DMLT) to join our healthcare team.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory
- Skilled in blood collection and phlebotomy procedures
- Experience in operating automated laboratory analyzers
- Knowledge of laboratory quality control and safety procedures
- Ability to efficiently handle emergency and routine samples
- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and inventory accurately
- Familiarity with NABL/NABH protocols is preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- DMLT certification is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process patient samples accurately
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for timely reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Qualification:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
