Location: Chennai + Pan India Project Sites
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12 – ₹25 LPA (Based on experience and capability)
Experience: 10–12 Years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate site execution across multiple project locations in India
- Plan manpower, materials, and execution schedules
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specification
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- M.E / B. E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in project planning & execution / project management
- Strong knowledge of construction planning and site execution practices
- Experience in handling clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
PREFERRED:
- Experience in Expansion Joints, Bearings, or Infrastructure products
- Knowledge of IRC / IS codes
- Exposure to billing, BOQ, and costing
