Role Overview
We are looking for a Architectural with a strong design focus to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative leader with hands-on experience in delivering high-quality architectural and interior projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in driving design excellence while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes across architectural and interior projects
- Drive project stages from concept, schematic design, and design development to construction documentation
- Collaborate closely with clients to translate business and brand goals into compelling design solutions
- Guide and mentor junior architects and interior designers
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ensure all design and construction documents comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Integrate sustainable and innovative design strategies into projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong design sensibility with proven professional experience in architecture/interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a passion for design excellence
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
