The Role
We're looking for a curious, resourceful Full Stack Developer who loves building things that work — and isn't afraid to figure out how. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy experimenting with AI tools, and take pride in shipping clean, functional products, we want to hear from you.
This is a fully remote role based in India. Candidates must be available for a reasonable overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
What You'll Do
- Design and build responsive, intuitive UI/UX across web applications
- Develop and maintain backend systems using SQL, Supabase, or similar platforms
- Integrate and work alongside AI models and APIs to enhance product capabilities
- Craft and refine prompts for LLMs and AI agents to drive reliable, high-quality outputs
- Contribute to system architecture decisions — designing scalable, maintainable solutions from the ground up
- Build and manage automation workflows using tools like n8n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a US-based team to turn ideas into working solutions — fast
- Apply sharp attention to detail across every layer of the stack, from UI polish to data integrity
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Comfort with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and backend logic
- Experience with relational databases and BaaS platforms like Supabase or Firebase
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and practical prompt engineering techniques
- Awareness of system architecture principles — you think before you build
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.
- Meticulous attention to detail; you catch the things others miss
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems
- Availability to overlap with EST hours for team collaboration and stand-ups
- Flexible, collaborative, and positive can-do attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience designing or documenting system architecture diagrams
- Portfolio or side projects showcasing AI integrations or automation workflows
- Background in prompt engineering for agents or multi-step LLM pipelines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
