Hiring: Assistant Manager – Facility Management | Real Estate
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Age Criteria: 22–35 years
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Facility Management to oversee maintenance and facility operations for our real estate business. Candidates residing between Virar and Bandra and available to join immediately will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage overall maintenance and facility operations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, logic controllers, and low-voltage systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Manage facility budgets and monitor expenses.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve facility-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices.
- Experience handling HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mechanical knowledge with basic fabrication skills.
- Candidates from the real estate or facility management industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates residing in Western Mumbai (Virar to Bandra).
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Experience managing maintenance schedules and compliance activities.
