Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Handle incoming wedding enquiries from social media, website, Google, referrals, and wedding portals.
- Respond to all enquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
Client Consultation
- Understand client requirements, budget, guest count, and event preferences.
- Conduct venue visits and client meetings.
- Present company services, décor concepts, and wedding packages.
Sales & Conversion
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the design team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, hospitality, and operations teams.
- Ensure all client requirements are properly communicated internally.
- Attend major events and weddings when required.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, hotels, wedding planners, and vendors.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in wedding sales, event sales, hospitality sales, or hotel sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
