Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and HR policy implementation.
- Prepare HR letters including offer letters, salary certificates, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance team for salary-related updates and documentation.
Sales Operations Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales leads, quotations, pipelines, and follow-ups through CRM/Odoo.
- Track AMC renewals, project updates, and closure status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales, presales, projects, and support teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor GP reports, pending quotations, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure proper allocation and tracking of leads among sales team members.
- Maintain records of meetings, quotations, sales orders, and closures.
- Support management with operational reports and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or sales operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/Odoo, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
