As a core member of our support team, you will act as the bridge between our experts and our clients. With our firm's strong foundation in Export-Import documentation and our ongoing expansion into comprehensive CA services, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Lead Management & Communication: Promptly responding to potential client inquiries and managing leads over Email and WhatsApp for both our export-import and taxation services.
- Client Coordination: Calling potential and existing clients to follow up on required documents, application statuses, and service renewals for Export-Import licensing, accounting, and tax services.
- Online Applications: Filing and submitting online applications on government portals for DGFT (Export-Import), MCA compliance (e.g., company name approval), GST registrations, and other corporate licenses.
- Data Management: Accurately updating and maintaining client records, follow-up schedules, and project statuses using MS Excel.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Graduates. B.Com candidates or those with a basic understanding of accounting/taxation will have a distinct advantage.
- Experience: Freshers with a willingness to learn, or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Tele-calling, or Back Office Accounting. Prior experience working as an accountant or practical knowledge of company law is a strong added advantage.
- Skills Needed:
- Good communication skills (Hindi and English) for professional client interactions.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and navigating online government portals.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
