We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Front Office to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out experience, and deliver exceptional hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests
- Respond promptly to guest queries, concerns, and complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk operations
- Upsell rooms and promote hotel services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Office (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software (preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts
