JD For Operations Executive – CIC Based Grievance
We are looking for a CIC-Based Grievance Executive to handle customer complaints and disputes related to credit bureau/CIC reporting. The candidate will be responsible for resolving credit information disputes, coordinating with internal teams and Credit Information Companies, and ensuring timely closure of grievances as per applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer grievances related to credit bureau/CIC records, CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark, etc.
· Review disputes related to loan closure, overdue status, DPD, settlement, write-off, incorrect reporting, and account updation.
· Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collections, Compliance, and IT teams for case resolution.
· Prepare and draft replies to customers, CICs, and internal departments.
· Track complaints and ensure resolution within prescribed TAT.
· Maintain MIS, complaint trackers, and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
· Assist in compensation-related cases for delayed updation or rectification of credit information.
· Conduct basic root cause analysis and highlight repeated reporting issues to management.
· Ensure compliance with RBI/CIC guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
· Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
· Prior experience in grievance handling, customer support, credit bureau operations, NBFC, fintech, or financial services preferred.
· Good drafting, email writing, and communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of credit bureau reporting and customer grievance process.
· Understanding of RBI/CIC compliance norms will be an added advantage.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM, and complaint tracking tools.
· Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive customer matters.
