Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately.
- Check medication dosages, interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
- Counsel patients on how to take medications correctly, including possible side effects and precautions.
- Provide information and advice about prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
- Manage medication inventory, storage, and expiration dates.
- Follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Monitor patients' medication therapy and identify potential drug-related problems.
- Depending on the setting and local regulations, provide services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication-management consultations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
