We are accepting application for the job role of Personal Assistant and Secretary to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the organization
- Maintain and organize data, records, and information at an organizational level
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Assist in note-taking, documentation, and meeting coordination
- Support administrative processes and improve office efficiency
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and general office management tasks
- This role require travel locally and outside state.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral command over the English language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel when required

- Experience in administrative or executive support roles
